Customising your Furniture
Start by choosing the material you want your furniture to be made out of. Aside from how they look, velvet and linen have different benefits, with velvet being more versatile, easier to clean and a more budget friendly option, while linen is stronger and can be scotch guarded.
You will also be able to choose the leg type and colour.
We split payments for all bespoke projects, 50% is required after the brief is agreed before production drawings are developed and then 50% when the piece is ready to leave the workshop.
We work with end clients, architects and interior designers – starting with the brief which identifies the requirements of the project where we discuss the functional and practical requirements, aesthetics with materials, colours and finishes, budgets and time scales. Once all are agreed we move into creating design drawings which start to bring the project to life.
The most daunting part of the process - we understand there's a lot pressure to get this right! That's why we have an experienced team who can help and guide in any way we can to work with you to make sure everything will fit perfectly.
For the most part, this will require measuring your space.
Send us your required dimensions and we will make a sketch of the product for your approval before we begin production.
When taking measurements, please take note of your doorways and passages as it will be disappointing if your beauty furniture can not get into your home.
Our standard lead time is 2-4 weeks from receipt of the initial payment. If specific dates are required to work to we will discuss these during the briefing, we will do our best to work to these. We will keep you up to date with the production process throughout the lead time, and notify of any potential delays at the earliest opportunity.
Shipping & installation
We ship anywhere in the SA. We discuss requirements at the briefing and will inform you of cost options once your order has been received. The delivery address and access information should be made clear at the briefing so the cost can be included in our quotations and invoices.
