Our current delivery timeframe is:

• 5-7 Days for non-furniture orders (e.g bedding, rugs and décor)
• 7-14 Days for furniture orders.  

Should your order consist of furniture and non-furniture items, the 7-14 day timeframe shall apply. Deliveries occur on weekdays within normal business hours (public holidays excluded).

 

Delivery Fee

Each product has a specific delivery fee which can be viewed in your Shopping Cart before checkout.

Deposit required: minimum 60% 

Special orders could require higher deposit. Once furniture has been put into production, special orders may not be cancelled.

Balance payable before delivery takes place.

Delivery will only be done once full payment shows in the bank account

Except as specified herein, Manufacturer warrants that any goods sold here under will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months. This warranty does not apply to damage or breakage resulting from misuse, accidents, abuse, neglect, mishandling or wear resulting from normal use. Defective products will be replaced within the normal production time period required to reorder and manufacture the same product. The warranty does not extend to the fabric or leather used on upholstery items as it is subject to wear and tear which is associated with the usage and treatment in the customer's environment and this is beyond the manufacturer's control

 

Warranties do not apply to:
1) Defects that result from negligence, misuse, or accidents by the customer.
2) Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care.
3) Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or from any use for which the product was not designed.
4) The colour fastness, dye lot variations, wrinkling, or wear of fabrics or leather.
5) The softening of filling materials under normal use.
